She also wanted to maintain the home's charm and not let it look like just another house on the street. Hopedale Builders was happy to oblige and give this homeowner her own space. A Quiet Rear Addition
This primary suite addition features a vaulted ceiling, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. We also added a back entrance with laundry space and a walk-in pantry. This is another excellent example of our work and what is possible when you partner with our team.

The kitchen and bathroom showstoppers were white cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and updated fixtures. These rooms were reimagined with modern tiling and plumbing.

At the front of the home, we bumped out to include an interior entry space with a front stoop, added a sleek roof overhang on brackets, and a charming side porch that elevated the exterior. With almost a 50% increase in square footage, we transitioned this home from a smaller 3-bedroom, 1-bath layout to a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath abode.
